Online Research Solutions provide two main categories of service:

• Commercial

Specifics vary for ad-hoc, ongoing and bespoke project work but generally technical services includes the programming of web surveys, hosting, emailing of invitations and ongoing technical management during the project cycle.  Please click on the appropriate project type for further details.

Commercial services involves the provision of respondents via our sample sourcing service.  Through this service we can provide you with general UK population sample at probably the lowest rate available as well as hard to find low incident sample for specialist studies.

As a starting point we will usually take a draft or finalised questionnaire.  If you are not a market researcher and do not have a questionnaire developed then we would recommend that you employ the services of a qualified market researcher in order to gain the most benefit from your study.  The Market Research Society website would be a good place to start looking or we would be happy to suggestions some agencies to you based on your requirements.

Deliverables come in the form of a number of different reports and files.  Again this varies depending on the type of project.  During the data collection phase you will be able to login and view online graphs and verbatims of real time data that has been collected.  Filters can be setup enabling you to view results analysed by your chosen criteria.  Reports can be setup that you download for offline viewing in any Word processing package such as MS-Word.

ASCII data can be downloaded at any point during a project for manipulation in a spreadsheet.  Project data is also available in the popular Triple-s format (in both classic and XML versions) for importation to a number of different analysis packages.  We can also supply data in other commercial formats such as SPSS as well as customised according to your specific requirements.
