Our ongoing service provides a solution to those needing permanent Internet surveys and research solutions.  Examples are website feedback and training course evaluations.

Like the ad-hoc service  we take one or more draft or finalised questionnaires as our starting point and program them into our Internet survey system.  The surveys are then left online permanently to be used as and when required by respondents.  We provide technical and respondent support throughout the period that the survey(s) are online.

References can login at any point and access both top-line and analytical reports as well as have them automatically emailed to key recipients at regular intervals.
