inTelligence is an ORS research product for sales and marketing professionals. It's used by clients to gain tactical and strategic insight to support the promotion and sale of their products and services.

The basis of the inTelligence service is LinkedIn, the world’s largest professional network. Highlights of which are:

  • 70m members worldwide
  • 4m UK members
  • One third of UK professionals have an online profile on LinkedIn
  • 1m professionals join LinkedIn every 12 days

There are two categories of information clients require from an inTelligence engagement:

Engagements

The first stage of an inTelligence engagement is for us to understand your business objectives and identify the best methodology and processes to meet them based on available timeframe and budget.

Using a mixture of research tools and manual methods we will create a database of individuals from LinkedIn based on the parameters specified to us.

Optionally a client may choose for us to progress to a second phase of engagement in which we use online interviewing techniques such as surveys and focus groups to gather a more strategic level of market intelligence.
